Once a student enrolls in any course, they gain access to learning materials, resources, and support services. Therefore, all enrollments are considered final.


No Refund Policy

RIST generally follows a strict no-refund policy. Once the course fee is paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including change of mind or personal reasons.


Exceptional Cases

In rare and genuine cases, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of RIST management. Approval is not guaranteed and will depend on valid reasons and internal policies.


Duplicate Payment

If a student makes a duplicate payment due to technical errors, the extra amount will be refunded after proper verification within a reasonable time frame.


Course Cancellation by Institute

If RIST cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students may be offered an alternative course or a refund as per management decision.


Payment Gateway Charges

Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted from the refundable amount, if applicable.


Processing Time

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
